The best spa packages for aging are something everybody is interested in or at least most people are interested in. We like the idea of being pampered, and the best spa packages for aging seem more professional, they seem more appealing in so many ways. But do they actually live up to their name?
Yes and no I would say. I say this, because quite frankly the best spa packages for aging don’t include anything you couldn’t find in the comfort of your own home. They don’t include peptides, which are definitely ingredients you have to buy a good product to get. They include antioxidants, but nothing like gold for example. They include green tea, cucumbers, fruits, vegetables. I don’t know about you, but I can cut up a cucumber or a couple pieces to put over my eyes or the rest of my face for that matter. So why exactly am I paying them $50 to do that?
The best spa packages for aging can be duplicated at home. You may heaven forbid have to do a little bit of work, but to avoid spending $50-$100 on one mask rather than finding it in your own refrigerator, well that’s priceless at least to me. They generally use fruits like lemon, strawberries, and other antioxidants like green tea as well as many moisturizers like avocado for example. So you can quite literally see how easy this could be for you if you are willing to do the little bit of work of cutting and mixing. It’s like making a small meal with just a few ingredients, it’s that easy.
There have been advertisements up in every major coffee organization and all over the internet saying that coffee fights cellulite. But the question becomes is it true? I mean the milk companies tell us that milk is not harmful and doesn’t cause acne, doesn’t even cause serious problems for people who are allergic as long as you only drink 8oz per day. But realistically speaking, while that may be true on some level, obviously it’s not true in the way we would like it to be. So what’s the truth here, does cellulite actually respond to coffee?
The simple answer is yes. Basically speaking, cellulite is caused by a buildup of fat under the skin, and the skin is somewhat weakened. Coffee addresses that problem. It wakes up the skin. Now granted, you need to remember that in order to get these results, you won’t actually be drinking coffee. You will be using coffee and its antioxidants and caffeine in a scrub on the outside.
This scrub will of course naturally exfoliate the skin, exfoliating away dead skin cells. It will wake up the skin with the caffeine and it will fight off harmful free radicals with its antioxidants, which also makes it good for the skin in general and wrinkle prevention in general terms. So it’s not a bad deal at all to say the least.
This being said, you can’t count on extreme results with coffee. The results will be gradual, small, you get the idea. However, if you use coffee properly and use it in the right scrub, you will definitely be able to fight your wrinkles, and yes coffee fights cellulite.
There is a ton a Night Creams out on the market. I have decided to look into a few and see what they claim. Below is a breakdown of each product.
Tess Put on Your PJ’s and Vanilla Oil Free Nighttime Moisturizer contains aloe, Vitamins E A and C, Cucumber and Vanilla extracts. This product has a very strong scent, does work to moisturize. However I do not recommend this product to anyone with oily skin as this does tend to make it look greasy.
Skyn Iceland Oxygen Infusion Night Cream with Biospheric Complex has a light powder scent, leaves skin glowing in the morning. It warms on contact with the skin which is nice. It is also safe for use with people who have sensitive skin.
Sia Botanics Deep Hydration Night Cream is not only good for your face but for your entire body. It reduces lines, as no strong scent. This product is also organic. I would recommend this product to all skin types.
Noah’s Naturals Vitamin Rich Night Cream helps reverse sun damage which is always a plus, is organic, cost effective and leaves skin glowing.
Oil of Olay Night Firming Cream helps tighten skin, reduces wrinkles, removes dead skin and also prevents acne. It’s cost effective and can be found just about anywhere. Out of all of the products listed here this one was my favorite.
With all of the different creams and salves out there for wrinkles and night creams there are actually inexpensive treatments that you can do right at home. There are many ways to treat your skin at home without needing to buy expensive products at the store. This method of skin care is also better for you as many of the ingredients are all natural and do not contain harsh chemicals. One of the first things you can do is to change out your regular exfoliate with a homemade one made from sugar and lemon juice. The only downfall to this is if you don’t get it all rinsed off you wind up with a sticky face. To clean your skin, replace your face wash with water and rose oil. This is just as effective as face wash but will leave your face clean, refreshed, and you did it without the use of harsh chemicals. There are also foods that you can eat that can help reduce dry skin. Garlic, eggs, onions and asparagus are some of the foods that you can eat if you are suffering from dry skin. If you use toner try apple cider vinegar instead. This will give you the same effect as a toner but you’re using something that you already have in your house. There are also many websites that will give you the recipes for making your own all natural at home products that are less harsh and better for your skin the store bought products.
Though the skin is made up of several varying elements, there are some basics that we know about. For example, we know about collagen and elastin. These are the things that build our skin, hold it together, and keep it from stretching out too much without snapping back into place. In addition, we now know about peptides. They have now replaced collagen and elastin because quite frankly you can only supplement so much in before you beat it out by finding an ingredient that actually actively produces more with limitless possibilities to some degree, especially with regular use. Third, we’ve really come to focus on hyaluronic acid. It’s a natural moisturizer that obviously cushions the skin as well and cushions the joints. All of these decrease over time, and all of these are really the elements that we need. After all, from the beginning, our bodies are built to protect themselves. They do this in part by using the skin, and the skin wears down over time as its protective elements wear down. So you replace these, and therefore you are able to achieve those greater results you are looking for in general with healthy, beautiful, and truly more youthful skin.
Plastic surgery is said to be used as a tool for disfigurement. Some people have a disease that causes them to see a distorted image of themselves at all times. They see and think one thing while the world sees something else entirely. They want to get rid of wrinkles for the most part. And of course we’ve seen multiple celebrity disasters. But others want to fix a nose they have a problem with, skin tones, etc. They put people through counseling in almost every case for this reason among others. The reality is that if you are extremely troubled about your appearance naturally, chances are surgery is not going to fix it, and obviously the risks are quite high. But the need to attain a sort of perfection is strong of course in all of us, especially in a society that expects more. Many people associate beauty with happiness, but it doesn’t work that way. If you really want to get rid of wrinkles in a way that looks more natural, there are plenty of good wrinkle creams, some of them better than others. But you definitely don’t take those risks, and moreover the change is gradual. So you have time to think about things, get your own help, and otherwise not risk personal disfiguration.
